Eligibility Conditions:

(a) Age Limit as on 01.11.2011
Clerk : Not more than 24 years (Candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1987)
Probationary Officer :Not more than 26 years (Candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1985)
SC/ ST candidates will be eligible for relaxation in upper age limit upto a maximum of 5 years.

(b) Minimum Educational Qualifications for Clerk
                  Graduation with minimum 55% marks for science subjects and minimum 50% marks for other streams from any recognised university or other institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956. (Candidate should possess this qualification as on 01.11.2011. The result of the graduation should be awarded by the university on or before 01.11.2011.) Candidates should be qualified in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for the post of Clerk and should be holding a valid score card issued by IBPS.

                   Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956. (Candidate should possess this qualification as on 01.11.2011. The result of the graduation should be awarded by the university on or before 01.11.2011.)
